Collecting Your Key from a Locker

This page explains how guests collect their room key from a key locker after self check-in.

How do I collect my key from the locker?

After check-in, your room card shows a locker number and a locker code. Go to the key lockers, enter the code on the locker with that number, and take your key. The room card shows "How to collect your key" with the steps for this property.

My locker code does not work

Check that you are at the locker number shown on your room card, and enter the code again slowly. If the locker still does not open, go to the front desk.

I lost the key from my locker

Go to the front desk. Staff can give you a replacement key.
