Locker Guest Instructions

Quick Setup

Most hotels only update the Main Message and Secondary Message. This takes about 3 minutes.

This guide helps you customize the instructions shown to guests during locker pickup.

Add an image or video

You can also add instruction media in Settings → Customizations → Locker Code Instructions Customization. Use it to show guests how to find and open the locker.

Configuration fields

Main Message

The primary instruction for the guest.

  • Default: "Collect your room key from the locker"
  • Purpose: Directs the guest to the locker bank
  • Multilingual: Supports all enabled languages
  • Locale matching: Regional codes like ko-KR still show the translated locker message.

Secondary Message

Detailed instructions for accessing the locker compartment.

  • Default: "Use the lock code to open the locker compartment to collect your key"
  • Purpose: Explains how to open the locker
  • Multilingual: Supports all enabled languages

Step-by-Step Instructions

Optional static notes.

  • Default: Leave blank
  • Note: The system already shows the Locker Number and PIN Code
  • Placeholder example: 1. Find locker 12. 2. Enter your PIN. 3. Collect your key.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Settings → Customizations → Locker Code Instructions Customization.

  2. Enter your Main Message and Secondary Message.

  3. Optional: upload an image or short video that matches your locker steps.

  4. Optional: add location notes in Step-by-Step Instructions.

  5. Click Save.

    ✓ Guests see the updated text during locker pickup.

Troubleshooting

Locker number or code missing

What you see: The locker screen shows no locker details.

Fix:

  1. Confirm the reservation has a locker assigned.
  2. Check that Locker / Kiosk Pickup is enabled.
  3. Retry with a new check-in.
