Where to find it
Settings → Room Access → Smart Lock (PIN)How smart locks work
- AVA connects to your lock vendor.
- AVA generates a unique PIN for each stay.
- Guests receive the PIN at check-in.
- PINs expire at your configured PIN Code Expiration Time on checkout day.
Supported vendors
- Igloohome (OAuth connection)
- TTLock (username + password connection)
- Wishome (account credentials)
Capabilities can vary
Some lock models support fewer PIN actions than others. After you click Refresh Locks, AVA disables actions the lock cannot do.
Before you start
Confirm these basics:
- Locks are installed and online
- You have an admin account for the vendor
- Lock names match room numbers
Next steps
- Connect your vendor: Igloohome, TTLock, or Wishome
- Assign locks to rooms
- Customize guest instructions
Still Stuck?
Contact success@vouch-technologies.com if:
- ❌ Vendor connection fails after re-auth
- ❌ All PIN tests fail across rooms
- ❌ Locks do not appear after refresh
Helpful to include:
- Vendor name (Igloohome, TTLock, or Wishome)
- Screenshot of Room Access settings
- Time the issue started
