Set Up Your Check-In Branding

Quick Setup

This usually takes 5-10 minutes. You can still finish with manual uploads if analysis fails.

Use this page to match the check-in flow to your hotel's brand. You can also tune how strongly the background image shows through. You can upload branding images by dragging them onto the upload area or clicking it.

Public Pages Only

Website analysis only works on public pages. Private or internal URLs are blocked.

Automatic Image URL Fixes

Some old uploads may return files.vouch.sg.s3.<region>.amazonaws.com. Streamliner rewrites that host to files.vouch.sg before showing the image.

Logo sizing

Your logo keeps its original shape on the welcome screen. Wide wordmarks stay readable, and small logos are not stretched.

Completion modal scope

The completion modal only appears for Self Check-In (CCI). Guests on ACI or pre-arrival keep the normal return flow.

Completion modal requirements

When you enable the modal, you need an image and English primary and secondary messages. Other enabled languages can stay empty and fall back to English.

Set Up Your Branding

  1. Go to Settings → Customizations → Branding.

  2. Choose Website or Screenshot.

  3. For Website, paste a public hotel webpage URL.

  4. Click Analyze Website.

  5. Review the suggested colors and logo.

✓ You should see a preview before anything changes.

  6. Click Apply Suggestions.

  7. Update any fields you still want to change.

  8. For Screenshot, upload an image file.

  9. Review the preview, then click Apply Colors or Use Extracted Logo.

  10. Click Save Branding.

Manual Uploads

Use Drag and Drop

  • Drag a file onto Upload Logo to replace the suggested logo.
  • Drag a file onto Upload Failure Illustration to customize the error image.
  • Drag a file onto Upload Background Image to place a custom image behind check-in pages.
  • You can also click each dropzone to browse for a file.
  • While the file uploads, the matching dropzone shows Uploading….
  • Supported formats are PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, and SVG.
  • Files must be smaller than 5MB.
  • If you drop mixed files, AVA uploads the valid file and alerts you about rejected files.
  • Check-in v3 adds a readability overlay on background images.
  • Values up to 100% keep the normal overlay.
  • Values above 100% reduce the overlay and let the image show through more strongly.
  • Use a busy image only if the text stays easy to read.

Adjust Background Image Strength

Quick Setup

This usually takes less than 1 minute. You need a background image first.

Use this setting when your background image looks too muted behind the page content.

  1. Go to Settings → Customizations → Branding.

  2. Upload a Background Image if you have not already.

  3. Find the Background image strength slider.

  4. Drag the slider to 100% for the standard overlay.

  5. Move it above 100% if you want the image to show through more strongly.

  6. Click Save Branding.

  7. Refresh the check-in page and review the result.

✓ You should see the background image more clearly after saving.

Range and availability

The slider runs from 0% to 200%. It stays disabled until you upload a background image. If you remove the background image, Streamliner resets the strength to the standard overlay.

Set Up the Completion Modal

Quick Setup

This usually takes 5 minutes. You need an image and two short English messages.

Use this section to show a final image and message after guests finish Self Check-In (CCI). The modal is separate from the branding logo, background image, and failure illustration.

What the Modal Uses

FieldWhat it controlsNotes
EnabledTurns the modal on or offOff keeps the normal redirect
ImageLarge image guests see after check-inUse a clear image with readable text
Primary MessageMain message under the imageEnglish is required when the modal is on
Secondary MessageSupporting text below the primary messageEnglish is required when the modal is on
Rich TextFormatting inside the messagesSupports bold, italics, lists, and line breaks
Other LanguagesTranslated versions of the messagesOptional when English is filled in

Set Up the Modal

  1. Go to Settings → Customizations

  2. Open Check-In Completion Modal

  3. Turn on Enabled

  4. Add the modal Image

  5. Enter the Primary Message in English

  6. Enter the Secondary Message in English

  7. Add translations only if you want guests to see another language

  8. Click Save

✓ After Complete Check-In, CCI guests see the modal first and then return to the main page.

Rich text and fallback

AVA removes scripts, images, iframes, styles, and event handlers from the messages. If a translation is missing, AVA falls back to the current locale first. Then it tries the base locale, default language, English, and any other filled value.

Keep the Message Safe

  • Use bold, italics, bullets, and short line breaks.
  • Avoid embedded images, color styles, and interactive content.
  • Keep the primary message focused on one action or offer.
  • Keep the secondary message short enough to scan on a phone.
