Security settings control who can complete check-in, how identities are verified, and how documents are validated.

What's Covered

  • On-Property IP Whitelist: Limit on-property check-in to approved networks and kiosks.
  • Accepted Travel Documents: See which IDs are allowed and when passports are required.
  • ID Scan: Control whether guests scan an ID before reservation lookup in Self Check-In.
  • Facial Verification: Turn facial checks on or off, choose smile or selfie capture, and review alerts.
