Display Problems
Quick Fix
Most display issues take under 2 minutes. Start with Refresh, then check whether the message or layout changes.
Use this guide when the screen looks broken, buttons are missing, text overlaps, or a guest sees the wrong message.
| What you see | Why it happens | Fix |

| A message appears in the wrong language | The guest language is not selected yet | Switch to the correct guest language and refresh |
Quick fix
- Reset zoom to 100% (Ctrl+0 on Windows, Cmd+0 on Mac).
- Refresh the page.
Clear browser cache
- Clear cookies and cached files.
- Close the browser completely.
- Reopen and sign in again.
Check your browser
- Update to the latest version.
- Try a different browser to confirm if the issue is browser-specific.
Check display settings
If the layout still looks wrong, ask IT to confirm screen resolution and scaling.
Guest Sees a Busy Message
What you see: A guest sees a message like, "We're handling a lot of requests right now."
Why this happens: AVA is temporarily rate limiting the request. The message is shown in the guest's selected language.
Fix:

Wait a moment.

Try the action again.

If the message keeps appearing, refresh the check-in page.
✓ The guest should be able to continue after the request load drops.
