Download a Registration Card Archive

Quick Setup

Most archives prepare in under 5 minutes. AVA now creates or resumes a background job first.

This guide helps you download saved registration cards and reopen prepared archives before they expire. Older direct ZIP exports still exist for compatibility.

Temporary storage

AVA prepares large archives in temporary storage. Download prepared files within 7 days.

How the Archive Flow Works​

AVA checks the latest matching job first. If AVA finds a queued or processing job, it resumes polling it. If AVA finds a completed job, it downloads the signed file. If no matching job exists, AVA creates a new background job. The direct ZIP export remains available for compatibility.

When you return later, AVA looks up the latest matching job for the same dates and timezone. If the job is ready, you see Download prepared archive. You also see a note that the prepared archive is available for 7 days.

Download the Archive​

  1. Go to Reports → Thailand Immigration Reports.
  2. Scroll to Registration Card Archive Export.
  3. Set Start Date and End Date.
  4. Confirm the Hotel timezone is correct.
  5. Click Download Registration Card Archive.

✓ Small exports download through the async flow.

✓ AVA resumes existing jobs before creating new ones.

✓ Prepared archives stay available for 7 days. ✓ The prepared download button shows a seven-day availability note.

Download a Prepared Archive​

If you already prepared the same date range:

  1. Open Reports → Thailand Immigration Reports.
  2. Set the same Start Date, End Date, and Hotel timezone.
  3. Wait for Registration card archive is ready to download.
  4. Click Download prepared archive.

✓ AVA starts the secure download for that saved job.

Troubleshooting​

What you see: The export says it is too large​

What you see: AVA keeps preparing the archive instead of downloading it immediately.

Fix:

  1. Wait for the background job to finish.
  2. Leave the page open, or return later.
  3. Use Download prepared archive when it appears.

What you see: The legacy ZIP export is still needed​

What you see: An older client still uses the direct ZIP export flow.

Fix:

  1. Keep using the compatibility export for that client.
  2. For the staff UI, use the archive download on the Thailand reports page.
  3. Switch to the prepared archive when the job is ready.

What you see: The prepared archive button is missing​

What you see: You do not see Download prepared archive.

Fix:

  1. Check that Start Date, End Date, and Hotel timezone match the saved job.
  2. Make sure the date range is valid.
  3. Wait a few seconds and refresh the page.

What you see: The archive expired​

What you see: The prepared download is gone, or the note says the file is no longer available.

Fix:

  1. Start a new export with the same date range.
  2. Wait for the archive to prepare again.
  3. Download it within 7 days.

What you see: No registration cards were found​

What you see: AVA says no registration cards were found for the selected date range.

Fix:

  1. Widen the date range.
  2. Confirm registration card signatures were submitted for that period.
  3. Try the export again.

Still Stuck?​

Contact success@vouch-technologies.com if:

  • ❌ The archive never finishes preparing
  • ❌ The prepared download fails repeatedly
  • ❌ You cannot find cards that should exist for the selected range

Helpful to include:

  • Property name
  • Start date and end date
  • Timezone
  • Screenshot of the archive section
