Log Filters and Search

Quick Setup

Start with Date (last 7 days by default) and Search. You can find most reservations in under 30 seconds.

This guide helps you narrow results in Command Center.

Tablet and desktop layout

On iPad-sized screens and narrow desktops, the filter bar keeps the date range on its own row. The status and sort controls stay underneath so labels do not truncate. On very wide desktops, the toolbar returns to one compact row.


  1. Enter a name, room number, confirmation number, or external booking ID in Search.

  2. Wait for the list to refresh.

    ✓ The Status list updates automatically.


Filter by date

  1. Select Date.

  2. Pick a Start and End date.

  3. Select Clear Dates to remove the range.

    ✓ The list updates to the new time window.


Filter by status

  1. Open Check-In Status or Check-Out Status.

  2. Select Completed, Incomplete, or Failed.

  3. Use Select All to toggle everything on or off.

    ✓ Only matching reservations remain in the list.

Status meanings:

  • Completed: All required steps finished.
  • Incomplete: The reservation is still in progress or pending.
  • Failed: At least one step failed.

Filter by check-in method

  1. On the Status tab, use Check-in Method.

  2. Choose Pre-arrival, Self Check-in, or Assisted Check-in.

    ✓ The list narrows to the selected method. ✓ On phones, the filter buttons appear in a 2-column grid so the labels wrap cleanly.


Notes about filters

  • Filters apply to the Status tab.
  • The Analytics tab only uses the Date range.
  • The Live tab always shows the last 15 minutes of kiosk sessions.
