设置隐私政策确认

Quick Setup

除非客人在入住时必须接受隐私政策，否则请保持关闭。如果你要开启它，请先选择政策来源，并在保存前检查面向客人的文本。

本指南帮助你在签名步骤中展示隐私政策，并要求客人在签名前先确认接受。 AVA 还会在此处和 Facial Verification 中显示按国家区分的合规提示。

Legal review

AVA 可以帮助你准备和展示隐私政策文本，但这不是法律意见。 酒店仍需自行确认该政策符合你的实际运营和法律义务。

Compliance advisory

当酒店国家为泰国、韩国或新加坡时，AVA 会优先显示本地提示。 如果你的国家不同，AVA 会把这三个国家作为示例列出。 点击 Learn more 可查看完整说明。

Read the Compliance Advisory​

  1. Open Settings → Check-In → Registration Card Disclaimer.
  2. 阅读该区域顶部的一行提示。

What Guests See​

When privacy policy acceptance is on:

  1. Guests open the Signature step.
  2. They see Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy tabs.
  3. They must tick I have read and accept the Privacy Policy.
  4. The signature box appears only after required consent boxes are checked.
  5. AVA saves the acceptance with the signature record.

When privacy policy acceptance is off, guests see the normal signature flow without the privacy policy tab or checkbox.

Choose the Right Policy Option​

Default behavior

Privacy policy acceptance is off by default. Existing properties are not affected unless someone turns it on and saves.

Use the Vouch Privacy Policy Template​

Use this when you want AVA to generate a starting policy for the digital check-in and guest request service.

  1. Go to Settings → Check-In → Registration Card Disclaimer
  2. Turn on Require Privacy Policy acceptance
  3. Select Use Vouch privacy policy template
  4. 阅读 Notice for use
  5. Fill in any missing template fields
  6. Review the generated policy preview
  7. Click Save

✓ 客人必须在入住时接受生成的隐私政策。

如果未启用收款，AVA 会从生成模板中移除支付处理方措辞。

AVA 会自动格式化常见提供商名称，例如 AVA、Opera、Cloudbeds、Ezee、Mews、Stripe 和 Red Dot。

Use Your Hotel's Own Privacy Policy​

当酒店已经有经批准的隐私政策时，使用此选项。

  1. Go to Settings → Check-In → Registration Card Disclaimer
  2. Turn on Require Privacy Policy acceptance
  3. Select Use the hotel's own privacy policy
  4. 阅读 Notice for use
  5. 将所需的 Vouch 数字入住措辞复制到你自己的政策中
  6. 将完整的面向客人的政策粘贴到编辑器中
  7. 为你提供的每种支持语言添加翻译
  8. Click Save

✓ 客人必须在入住时接受你粘贴的政策。

Complete policy required

不要只粘贴 Vouch 补充条款。 客人应看到你希望他们接受的完整隐私政策。

Add Translations​

Policy text follows your enabled guest languages.

  1. Open each language tab in the policy editor
  2. 检查或输入该语言对应的政策文本
  3. 保持各语言之间的含义一致
  4. Click Save

If a language is blank, AVA falls back to English when available.

Translation review

请让合格审校人员检查隐私政策翻译。 法律措辞如果翻译得过于随意，可能会失去原意。

Turn Privacy Policy Acceptance Off​

当你不再希望客人在入住时接受隐私政策时，使用此选项。

  1. Go to Settings → Check-In → Registration Card Disclaimer
  2. Turn off Require Privacy Policy acceptance
  3. Click Save

✓ 客人会回到正常签名流程。

Previously accepted check-in records keep their saved acceptance details.

What to Check Before Going Live​

  • 仅在确实需要的物业上开启该开关
  • 政策文本中的酒店名称正确
  • 隐私联系邮箱有人监控
  • 支付措辞与你的支付配置一致
  • PMS 措辞与你已连接的 PMS 一致
  • 每种启用语言都已审阅政策文本
  • 员工明白 Notice for use 只是内部指导

Troubleshooting​

Advisory shows all three countries​

你会看到： 合规提示把泰国、韩国和新加坡一起列出来。

Fix:

  1. Go to Settings → Essentials → Hotel Basic Details
  2. Check your Country
  3. Save the hotel details if needed
  4. Reopen the privacy policy section

Privacy policy checkbox does not appear​

你会看到： 客人能看到 Terms & Conditions，但没有隐私政策复选框。

Fix:

  1. Confirm Require Privacy Policy acceptance is on
  2. Confirm policy content is not blank
  3. Click Save
  4. Reload the guest check-in page and test again

Save is blocked in template mode​

你会看到： 选择 Use Vouch privacy policy template 后保存失败。

Fix:

  1. Check that all template fields are filled
  2. Confirm the generated policy preview is not blank
  3. Add a monitored Hotel privacy email
  4. Click Save again

Save is blocked in hotel-owned mode​

你会看到： 选择 Use the hotel's own privacy policy 后保存失败。

Fix:

  1. Paste the complete guest-facing policy
  2. Include the Vouch digital check-in wording if it applies
  3. Check that the English tab is not blank
  4. Click Save again

Guests see the wrong provider name​

你会看到： 政策里写错了支付方或 PMS 提供商。

Fix:

  1. Check your payment setup in Payment Gateway
  2. Check your PMS setup in Settings → Essentials → PMS Integration
  3. Return to Registration Card Disclaimer
  4. Review the generated policy again
  5. Click Save

Translated policy looks incomplete​

你会看到： 某个语言标签页为空，或缺少重要措辞。

Fix:

  1. Open Settings → Essentials → Supported Languages
  2. Confirm which languages guests can choose
  3. Return to Registration Card Disclaimer
  4. Add or review policy text for each enabled language
  5. Click Save
